SHIPPING
How long will it take to receive my order? All orders ship within 2-5 business days. Most domestic orders are received within 7-10 days.
What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS Priority International Mail.
Do you offer package tracking?
Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped, except for International shipments. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our facility.
How much does shipping cost?
It depends on your country and the size of your order. The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to add the items to your cart, select your country, and press the “update total” button.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to almost every country around the world.
My tracking shows delivered, but I haven't received my package, can I get my order reshipped?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for reshipping orders that have been marked delivered. Please be sure to provide an accurate address when placing your order.
My tracking hasn't been updated. Where is my order?
If your order has not been marked delivered, please:
(1) allow 3-5 business days for your package to turn up; and
(2) reach out to your postal worker directly.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
Since we print every product when it is ordered we CANNOT PROCESS SIZE EXCHANGES. >>>Please note all of our tees are UNISEX size. Women should size down for a slimmer fit.
If you received a defective item, we'll happily replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size. Please contact us at hello@the8thchannel.com for further information.
All of our items are made by hand at the time of purchase. We do not have a warehouse or inventory. We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and shipped. All sales are final.
If a customers order is returned to us due to them not claiming their package, multiple delivery attempts made, etc. The customer is responsible for paying the reship fee for them to receive their item. If not, a refund will be processed for the cost of the items only.
Can I cancel/modify my order?
Please note we print every product when it is ordered. You can modify/cancel your order 24 hours after placing your order, after that we immediately begin processing your order.
